Anchos Southwest Grill continues to serve outstanding
dishes from the Southwest that are delicious and afford-
ably priced. All of the meats are grilled over mesquite;
they roast their chiles and even make fresh flour tortillas.
The décor is reminiscent of a festive Pueblo-style village
while the regional sauces will knock your socks off. Their
signature dishes include the delicious Pork Ribs with
Chile Ancho BBQ sauce, the mesquite grilled Bacon
wrapped Shrimp, the yummy Carne Asada and their siz-
zling hot Fajitas and Rib Combo. Come Hungry and be
prepared for one great meal.

Angel Thai Cuisine is a small restaurant nestled amongst
many other small businesses on Brocton Ave. in
Riverside. The interior is clean and very simply decorated
but the food is full of flavors, colors, and textures while
the kitchen serves up some of the best Thai dishes in
the Inland Empire. The food is fresh, loaded with flavor
and the prices are excellent. My favorite dishes are the
Crispy Chicken, the Thai Tempura Shrimp, the delicious
Pineapple Fried Rice and the Exotic Mixed Seafood. The
menu is exciting and must not be overlooked if you love
the foods of Thailand.

Oak Glen is the perfect setting for a delightful restaurant
called Apple Annie's. Located in the Oak Tree Village,
this family restaurant represents the best in country side
dining. Open for breakfast, lunch & dinner, the variety of

wich, Pancakes with apple cider syrup, the impressive

Since 1969, The Brandin' Iron in San Bernardino has
been California's most popular and well-known "Honky
Tonk" and for good reason. The décor is authentic, the
3" thick maple dance floor is perfect for those who like to
dance, and the live music is terrific. Besides a great
place to dance, enjoy nightly entertainment and sip on
your favorite beverage, the Brandin' Iron's kitchen serves
up some mighty fine grub. Feast on lots of sandwiches,
salads, half-pound burgers and tempting finger foods
too. The half-pound Top Sirloin steak, fully loaded
Brandin' Iron burger and the Santa Fe Chicken Salad are
my favorites. Nightly food and drink specials should not
be overlooked.

Casa Maya is not your ordinary Mexican restaurant.
Serving some of the best dishes from the Yucatan as well
as from other regions of Mexico, this unique restaurant is
nicely decorated with primarily Mayan and Aztec pictures
and decorations giving the dining room a simple yet
meaningful purpose. A new large bar area has just been
added on so their loyal customers can enjoy one of many
tasty drinks with their meal. Some of the best dishes in-
clude the House Quesadilla, the Ropa Vieja Cubana, the
